This policy explains the terms governing payments and refunds for BAYAN's services. Our services are bespoke advisory and analytical work — feasibility studies, business analyses, consulting and development — prepared specifically for each client based on their data and requirements. Because value is delivered from the moment execution begins, this policy sets out clearly when a refund is and is not available.
No amounts are refunded once execution of the service has begun. This is because our services are custom advisory and analytical work delivered to the client upon commencement, and resources, expertise and time are allocated to the project from that point. This is in line with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law, which excludes custom services that have already been started from the right of withdrawal.
If work on the service has not yet started and no resources or time have been allocated to it, you may submit a cancellation request before commencement. Such requests are considered at the Company's discretion and, where approved, any amount paid may be refunded after deducting any administrative or transaction costs already incurred. Once execution has begun, this exception no longer applies.
We are committed to delivering our services to a high professional standard. If there is a material shortcoming attributable to us in the delivered work, we remedy it or re-execute the affected part at no additional cost, rather than providing a cash refund. Our priority is to ensure the deliverable meets the agreed scope and objectives.
